Bye Bye Chicken Fat | Fitness Challenge Week 1

Ok Ladies! It's that time! 

I really have been wanting to get my act together lately and lose this baby weight but let's just say, I've been all talk. It has been extremely hard trying to workout with a 10 month old getting into everything! And don't even get me started on the food. Fat is just yummy!!!! So yea, like I said its just been hard. I really do want to get fit and be more healthy though so I'm just going to do it. 

So I'm starting a Fitness Challenge and would really love if my lovely followers would join with me! This isn't like a diet weight loss challenge, this is a lifestyle change! I want to make small but meaningful healthy changes in my life!!

So here's how it's going to work. Each week I will put up a video on my channel. We are going to choose 1 goal for our challenge each week. For example this weeks challenge is to start the Brazen Fit 24 Day AB Challenge. Now don't be alarmed, you can join in on this AB Challenge with me or you can choose your own fitness goal. 

So far Day 1 of my AB Challenge has been successful. Haha. Also at the end of my AB Challenge I'll do a video basically showing my before and after results and if it worked at all for me.
