30 Weeks | The Final Stretch

I am officially 30 weeks pregnant and Lord knows I'm so ready to have this baby! Unfortunately my due date is October 16th and so I still have 2 more months to go! This pregnancy is so much harder on me than the first and I'm much bigger this time even though I'm still all belly.
Everywhere I go everyone says, oh your having that baby any day now huh? Sike!! I wish! I am counting the days down! I am sooooooo ready. Oh and did I mention I'm ready? Haha.

When it comes to symptoms it has really just been a lot of stomach pain and stretching. Baby is definitely realizing her space is limited now and is kicking harder and harder each day. I feel every movement as she dances around in her small space. I don't have any swelling nor any new stretch marks (only old ones from my first pregnancy) but I still have 2 months left so I'm sure its still possible!

With My First I gained 50 pounds and this time I did NOT want to gain that much weight again so I've been very conscious of what I'm eating and how active I am. I think this pregnancy my appetite was not the same as the first. I wanted to eat everything my first pregnancy but this pregnancy I don't have that urge anymore. Oh and sweets were my number one craving the first time around and I definitely don't have that this time around which I'm sure is a huge factor in my weight gain. So far I have only gained 25 pounds, which means I've been gaining about a pound a week the entire pregnancy, which was my goal cause I know thats the recommended amount so I've heard. So at this rate I'll only gain about 35 pounds. So I'm very happy about that. Now I'm not doing anything drastic, I eat what I want when I want I just make sure I'm not going too crazy and I also walk a lot! I live blocks away from the grocery store and target so I'm always walking to the store, especially Target haha.

I have pretty much everything I feel I need for my baby girl with a few exceptions to things like baby bag (I really want a Kate Spade Diaper Bag) and a carseat. I'm not in a hurry to buy a stroller yet since she'll be a fall/winter baby and I plan on being home most of the time. So I plan on getting one sometime in March probably. I'm not sure yet if I want to get a double stroller or not. My first just turned 3 and by the time I get the stroller she'll be 4 months from turning 4 so we might retire her from riding in a stroller.

So thats about it, I don't plan on doing anymore updates because literally each week would be..

Week 31 - I'm Ready
Week 34 - I'm Ready
Week 36 - I'M READY!

So yea..I don't think y'all want to read a post full of I'm ready, so instead I'm going to do post related to how I really want to do a natural birth, what's in my hospital bag, and things like that. Y'all pray for me as I go through these last 2 months!
